About the farm and process…
This urban farm is currently located in the Jordan neighborhood of North Minneapolis. Our microgreens are grown in an airtight grow room equipped with a portable ac/heater/dehumidifier unit to regulate the temperature, an air purification system to minimize pests, and a luving and caring process that requires no pesticides and no herbicides. We are not certified organic but we use a completely organic fertilizer to deliver a high quality, nutrient dense, locally Black grown, fresh microgreens throughout the entire year!
